Tyler Mae is a small family owned company that is located in the suburbs of Indianapolis, Indiana. The Baldwin family loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and root for the Indiana Hoosiers.

Paul is the founder and president of Tyler Mae and has been working in the warehouse management industry for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in the FBA reimbursement field, having both worked for Amazon and with many FBA Resellers.

Michelle is our Client Relations Manager. She has spent most of her professional career providing exceptional customer service in a wide variety of fields. She is also a previous FBA Seller, so she has quite a bit of experience with Amazon policies.
