Amazon automatically reimburses sellers for product that is damaged, destroyed, or lost within their fulfillment network. Although the automatic process works, many reimbursements are missed. To claim that refund, the seller must create well researched cases that prove there is money owed. We not only do the research, we submit the cases and verify that the reimbursement is received.
